The challenge
International student recruitment layers complexity on complexity: different countries, different programs, different channels, all needing one coordinated strategy. Griffith wanted an agency with higher education experience and international digital marketing experience, and a team that could integrate with its own people and tools without friction.
Our solution
The strategy paired brand awareness activity, building audiences in each target market, with the lead generation Griffith really needed, delivered through the channels each market responds to. The campaign took Griffith onto platforms it had never tried, including Snapchat and Instagram Stories, and integrated directly into the team’s existing Asana workflows, so copy, content and assets moved quickly across everyone involved.
The results
The campaign set Griffith International’s digital direction: which markets to enter, how to enter them, which platforms and channels to use, and how to hone content creation along the way, with strong results on the new platforms and a follow-up campaign already underway.
What our clients say
I would recommend The Garden to my peers, specifically in digital marketing in the international space for Higher Education. The campaign that we did with The Garden was really exciting for us. We went onto different platforms that we haven't tried before such as Snapchat and Instagram stories, and we saw some great results.
