The challenge
Two distinct audiences had to adopt a brand-new product: librarians in public libraries, and librarians in schools. The onboarding had to explain every feature of Informit Explore clearly while staying genuinely engaging, no small ask for instructional content.
Our solution
Led by our in-house animation expert, we crafted instructional videos blending simplicity with depth, walking each audience through the platform’s features with clarity as the guiding principle. Animation carried the load: capturing attention while avoiding viewer confusion, and turning software education into something enjoyable to watch.
The results
A complete video onboarding suite, delivered and ready for launch, built to lift website visits, engagement and adoption as Informit Explore rolls out to libraries and schools nationwide.
What our clients say
We had such a great experience working on a series of 'how to' videos with The Garden. What we really appreciated was the level of expertise their team has and how up-to-date their knowledge of digital tools is. Our products are digital, so it's key for us to work with an agency that's on the forefront of this type of knowledge and understands how important it is for us to create video content that is clear and easy-to-understand.
