Salesforce records migrated, de-duplicated and mapped
140k+
The challenge
The migration had to do more than move data: it had to automate workflows, improve lead management and keep every integration Simonds relies on, from lead sources like Meta, REA, Domain and iBuildNew through to DocuSign contracts, BPAY payments, Outlook, Teams and the Google and Facebook ad platforms, flowing without interruption.
Our solution
A discovery phase mapped systems, pain points and priorities with stakeholders across teams. The Salesforce migration moved 140k+ records via a Python-based process handling consolidation, de-duplication, record merging and field mapping, protecting data integrity throughout.
We configured five Hubs, each owning a piece of the operation: Sales Hub with automated lead routing by location, product interest and rep availability; Marketing Hub with nurture workflows and integrated lead capture; Content Hub centralising templates migrated from Ortto; Operations Hub with real-time dashboards and task automation; and Service Hub for enquiry handling. BPAY integration enabled secure deposits inside the CRM with payment-milestone alerts for reps, and segmented nurture workflows delivered personalised follow-ups from the moment of capture.
The results
Simonds Homes now runs sales and marketing on one integrated platform: leads routed automatically, payments tracked to the milestone, reporting in real time, and a nurture system engaging every lead at its own stage of the journey.

Scope Australia
Scope Australia is a not-for-profit disability services provider, helping people access Supported Independent Living (SIL) and other community-based support programs across Australia. As enquiry volume grew across multiple service lines, they needed a centralised platform to capture, respond to and nurture leads consistently, replacing a patchwork of disconnected website forms and manual follow-up.

Simonds Homes is one of Australia's most established home builders. Simonds entered a joint venture with Atlas to expand into Western Australia: a new brand that would operate under the Simonds instance and follow the existing sales and marketing playbook, but that had to remain completely separate from the core business for legal and operational reasons. The Garden was engaged to design and build that environment inside Simonds' existing HubSpot instance.
