How the Bench works
On the Bench, not on hold.
Being on the Bench doesn’t mean waiting around for us. It means we understand what you do best, how you like to work and when you’re available, so we can contact you when the right opportunity grows.
We work with people across creative, content, copywriting, media, design, development, CRM, marketing automation, AI, data, production, project management and other specialist areas. Projects range from a few hours or days through to longer-term assignments.

The process
How the Garden Bench works.
1. Tell us what you do
Share your experience, capabilities, preferred projects, rates, availability and examples of your work.
2. We review your profile
We assess whether your experience aligns with the work delivered across The Garden, and may ask for references or a conversation.
3. We call when there's a match
When a relevant project or resourcing need arises, we'll get in touch to discuss the brief, deliverables, timing, rate and working arrangements.
4. We get you Garden-ready
Before an engagement starts you may complete our contractor agreement, confidentiality requirements, finance setup and platform onboarding.
5. Your profile keeps growing
Availability, rates and experience change. Update your profile, pause your availability or ask to be removed at any time.
