The challenge
The builder’s sales and marketing teams needed commercial results, not just activity: awareness for the brand, genuinely qualified leads, and marketing processes that ran themselves. In a price-sensitive market crowded with competitors, the strategy had to build the full funnel at once.
Our solution
Performance branding and LeadTech ran across the Google suite, Search, GDN, Discovery and YouTube, and Meta, driving prospects to a conversion-optimised, SMS-verified lead capture page, with progressive profiling layering up data on every lead for the sales journey. Our Melbourne-based call centre kept lead-to-call time fast, the strongest lever on appointment conversion, with Calendly booking appointments directly with the right consultant and every data point integrating instantly into the CRM through round-robin lead routing.
Two nurture streams did the automation work: a profiling nurture maximising data enrichment, and a welcome nurture giving every new lead a helpful experience and a standing invitation to book. SEO audits and ongoing optimisation lifted organic traffic alongside. When campaign insights revealed interest in custom floorplans and price sensitivity, we introduced customisable-homes creative and sharper promotion focus to keep the edge.
The results
The full-funnel engine produced 4 sales within the first 2 months, with appointment volume and campaign insights validating the strategy and giving the builder a repeatable, data-driven path through a changing market.
