The challenge
Beachwood needed timely engagement, which is hard for busy internal teams, but not just any engagement: they wanted to connect with the right leads. The call centre had to act as a true brand representative, fluent in Beachwood’s display homes and product mixes, filtering the pipeline so sales consultants only worked leads that were warmed up and ready to talk.
Our solution
We built a robust calling framework with lead routing logic from capture through to Beachwood’s CRM, sourcing leads from Google Search and Meta across knock-down rebuilders, first home buyers, upsizers, investors and downsizers. Hot leads went to consultants; everyone else entered two nurture streams, one profiling for data enrichment, one welcoming every new lead with a positive email experience.
The standout was Calendly integrated directly into Beachwood agents’ calendars: our team books appointments in real time during the call, across phone, Zoom or in-display formats, with instant calendar updates and context notes for the agent. Automated agent assignment distributed leads fairly by Beachwood’s preferences, with manual reassignment and full CRM visibility retained.
The results
Of 940 managed leads and 2,570 outbound calls, 257 appointments were booked, and 47.95% of connected leads converted to a sales appointment. Instant bookings eliminated follow-up chases for Beachwood’s agents and collapsed the time between enquiry and a real conversation.
From the team
Having the freedom to test these new methods of conversion with the Beachwood team has been really rewarding. The Calendly integration in particular was so valuable for all parties involved, and the automated agent assignment made the process much cleaner across the board.
