Re-engaging three months of silence across three communities

ONEtoANOTHER manages premium retirement living at The Granton, The Crescent and The Marine. With leads sitting unengaged for three months and follow-ups running on manual effort, The Garden built the automated re-engagement machinery to bring them back.

The challenge

Manual follow-ups, delayed appointment processing and no automated, brand-specific workflows meant prospects drifted rather than progressed. ONEtoANOTHER needed dormant leads re-engaged across three distinct community brands, with better data insights to manage tactical campaigns and lift conversion.

Our solution

We designed and deployed a full marketing automation managed service: master email template style defined, three brand-specific templates designed, rendered and tested across devices, and an immediate “How can we help” autoresponder targeting high-intent web visitors who had viewed the sites at least three times in three months.

Then the journeys: a Welcome nurture for The Marine and two Re-engagement nurtures for The Granton and The Crescent, each a multi-step, four-part email sequence over several weeks. Dynamic entry criteria caught contacts with no activity in 90-plus days, and exit logic removed anyone who opened, clicked, submitted a form or reached a deal stage. Fifteen customised emails, three CRM-integrated landing pages and a month of post-go-live monitoring completed the build.

The results

Email campaigns ran at a 53% click rate and 28% open rate, more than 50 marketing and sales qualified leads were influenced, and three re-engaged prospects became residents. Manual follow-up is gone, and appointment processing runs on automation.
