18.04%

The challenge

Disparate lead sources and inconsistent contact data, no structured automation for leads with long decision cycles, marketing and sales misaligned, and limited visibility into what any campaign was actually doing. A familiar list, compounded by an audience that takes its time deciding where to live next.

Our solution

Guided by quality-over-quantity, real-time reporting and a test, learn, scale approach, Phase 1 assessed the existing processes, mapped customer journeys for over-50s prospects, consolidated contacts into a clean, structured HubSpot database and integrated Salesforce with accurate two-way syncing.

Phase 2 built the nurturing layer: email templates, autoresponders and nurture sequences informed by behavioural and lifecycle insights, landing pages with validated lead capture, and dashboards monitoring lead quality, engagement and disqualification rates, iterative improvement over big-bang change.

The results

Since the March 2025 launch, campaigns have influenced more than 340 qualified leads and a $12M+ opportunity pipeline, with email running at a 3.8% click rate and 18.04% click-to-open, nearly double the industry benchmarks of 2.06% and 5.54%.

From the team

Before implementation, the focus on customer journey mapping and strategic guidance ensured HubSpot was configured around how prospects actually move through the decision-making process. Leveraging deep expertise across both HubSpot and Salesforce, the teams were seamlessly connected to create a single, reliable view of lead and customer data. This foundation enabled marketing automation to be implemented with confidence, driving stronger engagement, clearer pipeline visibility, and measurable revenue influence.
