The challenge
Reviews are where home buyers do their due diligence, and a builder’s rating shapes every enquiry that follows. JG King needed a systematic way to reach satisfied customers at the right moment and make leaving a review effortless, at a volume that would genuinely move the public rating.
Our solution
Our in-house call centre team ran the outreach end to end: 4,024 calls and 1,412 contacts with JG King customers, guiding each satisfied homeowner through to a published review. The conversion funnel from call to contact to confirmed review gave JG King full visibility of the program’s output.
The results
Between January 2024 and March 2025 the program generated more than 266 product reviews, 168 of them directly attributable to The Garden, including eight five-star reviews in a single 24-hour period, carrying JG King Homes to a 4-star rating on Product Review.
