The challenge
Launch a brand and development effectively with a limited supply of assets, navigate shifting sales launch timelines, and market a brand-new community into a softening market: Broadstead needed momentum built carefully, stage by stage, without the luxury of a finished product to show.
Our solution
Our LeadTech model paired paid advertising, introducing the Broadstead brand and acquiring high-intent prospects, with marketing automation driving profiling rates through email value exchanges at key stages of the launch program. The campaign rolled out in four planned stages, Coming Soon, Whispers, Launch and On Market, with new brand pillars, product information and selling points introduced continually for longevity.
Meta handled prospecting and retargeting across Facebook and Instagram, with Stories added as site footage arrived, and Google Search captured high-intent prospects actively searching for the project. Commissioned illustrations of the Broadstead brand vision were tested against lifestyle imagery, giving social placements a unique look that contributed to a high click-through rate, and teaching us that imagery converted best, insight passed straight back to Jinding.
The results
Over six months of brand and lead generation activity across three completed stages, leads have been praised for their high quality and intent, profiled at 78% so the sales conversation starts informed, and the overall strategy keeps sharpening with every learning passed back.
From the team
It's been amazing to see the positive impact that over six months of brand and Lead Generation activity can have on the sales outcome of a new project. Working in close collaboration with Jinding has been valuable in testing what resonates with audiences. We've also been able to pass back a lot of these learnings to continue informing the overall strategy for the project.
